Today's hot topic will be the supposed impending filing for bankruptcy of the Champ Car World Series. A story on Speedtv.com lays out the "word on the street."
Look for sources that find quoting anonymous sources abhorrent to be quoting a story that was based on anonymous sources all day today.
Let me get this straight: It's low-integrity journalism to do stories based on unnamed sources, but apparently it's acceptable to quote stories ... written based on unnamed sources published by others. Don't get me started ....
I was making my breakfast this morning, and it occured to me that the most tragic part of a merger would mean that I'd only get to read ONE race recap by P Dog during any given week. Only one chance to read about circus music, festivals of carbon fiber, so on so forth...I guess I'm willing to make that sacrifice for the good of the sport...
