Roger Penske is set to announce that Will Power will at least fill in for Helio Castroneves while the H-bomb does some 'splainin' on tax evasion charges in March.
Robin Miller foreshadowed it yesterday, and now he gets Dickens-esque ("it was the best of times, it was the worst of times") about the move:
