Jamie Little, former IndyCar Pit Hotty, will be a celebrity judge on Iron Chef America Sunday (June 7) at 10 p.m. eastern.
Jamie taped the show in New York City nearly a ear ago. The segment features chefs who are challenged to make a dish with a "secret ingredient" which Jamie had to swear to never to tell, even in face of threats of having to work swamp buggy races.
"The secret ingredient will not let anybody down,” she said. “It’s definitely going to be exciting, funny and maybe even gross to some. It’s the type of secret ingredient that everybody joked with me I would get if I went on the show, and I did, so that should build up some suspense."
Jamie said she didn't shrink from being the Iron Hand of Food Justice. “The two chefs we had on the show were a lot of fun, and I think people will be surprised by the outcome,” she said. “It’s tough – it was nerve-wracking because the fate of the chef lies on us three judges, and you feel bad that someone has to lose. But I was as honest as I could be."
In addition to the original airing, the program is scheduled to re-air June 11 at 8 p.m., June 13 at 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. and Sept. 12 at 10 p.m.
And the secret ingredient is....
