And the Sarah Fisher Racing Lottery Winner is .... Jay Howard

Curty Cavin of the Indy Star is reporting that Sarah Fisher has hired Jay Howard as a second driver for Sarah Fisher Racing in 2010.

Howard will compete in four races: Indy, Texas, Mid-Ohio and Chicagoland. Sarah will do nine, including some twisties, but the schedule beyond Indy is still TBD.
