The Edmonton Journal is fully deployed and I pesonally love how they are taking an honest look at the challenges facing the IndyCar race there.
Today the Journal is out with a report on how a group is trying to save the red-ink-bathed race.

Yes, with "festivals of speed", its all about "the party". Party, party, party!!! The race? What race?

Uhh, you seen the ratings, pal? NOBODY is watching this sport and its ridiculous "events" like yours that has led to this.

Actually, Trick, some of us ARE watching this sport, at times travel internationally to do so, and spend plenty of dollars locally when we're there. If I wanted only to party I could stay home, but this is a good event on a great track and I'm there for the race.
